In decision-making, it is essential that we understand the relationship between personal perceptions & subjective experiences on the one hand, and external, objective reality on the other hand. Subjective experiences are shaped by individual perspectives, emotions, beliefs, and values, while objective reality refers to the factual and measurable aspects of the world that can be observed and verified independently of individual interpretations. CORE Leadership acknowledges that personal experiences and beliefs can shape an individual's perception of objective reality, while objective reality also influences the formation of subjective experiences and beliefs.

Our leadership practice acknowledges the intersectionality between nature and the artefactual world (technology, products, services, resource availability, etc.). CORE Leadership requires an examination of both the human impact on the natural world and the ways in which the natural environment shapes human-made artefacts and societies. This starts with understanding the impact of nature and its energy on humans and human systems, and how that impact can be translated into regenerative management outcomes.

This vector highlights the dynamic relationship between the past and the future. CORE Leadership explores ways in which indigenous systems and values, ancient cultures and practices intersect with and influence contemporary and future societal values, norms, and advancements. By acknowledging the historical roots of contemporary issues we are able to create a more forward-thinking future.

CORE Leadership builds an understanding of how the ‘being’ and the organization interact & intersect, helping us create a holistic understanding of organizational structures and identities. Ontological concepts such as awareness, archetypes, identity, and meaning-making inform our understanding of how organizations operate, while organizational concepts such as structure, systems, processes and strategy inform our understanding of the ontological experiences of individuals within and around organizations.
